&lt;p&gt;irqchip/gic-v3: Do not enable irqs when handling spurious interrups&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We triggered the following error while running our 4.19 kernel
with the pseudo-NMI patches backported to it:&lt;/p&gt;
