AOMEI Cyber Backup Missing Authentication for Critical Function Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of AOMEI Cyber Backup. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.

The specific flaw exists within the DaoService service, which listens on TCP port 9074 by default. The issue results from the lack of authentication prior to allowing access to functionality. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of SYSTEM. Was ZDI-CAN-26158.
