Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle iSupport.  Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle iSupport, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change).
