&lt;p&gt;Bluetooth: hci_sync: fix leaks when hci_cmd_sync_queue_once fails&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When hci_cmd_sync_queue_once() returns with error, the destroy callback
will not be called.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fix leaking references / memory on these failures.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
