&lt;p&gt;can: bcm: switch timer to HRTIMER_MODE_SOFT and remove hrtimer_tasklet&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This patch switches the timer to HRTIMER_MODE_SOFT, which executed the
timer callback in softirq context and removes the hrtimer_tasklet.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
