&lt;p&gt;/proc/net/atm/lec must ensure safety against dev_lec[] changes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It appears it had dev_put() calls without prior dev_hold(),
leading to imbalance and UAF.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
