&lt;p&gt;The rp-&amp;gt;priv-&amp;gt;rpi array is either rpi_msr or rpi_tpmi which have
NR_RAPL_PRIMITIVES number of elements.  Thus the &amp;gt; needs to be &amp;gt;=
to prevent an off by one access.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
