&lt;p&gt;dmaengine: idxd: Fix oops during rmmod on single-CPU platforms&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;During the removal of the idxd driver, registered offline callback is
invoked as part of the clean up process. However, on systems with only
one CPU online, no valid target is available to migrate the

does not wait until the timer handler finishes. This means that the
timer handler may still be running after the driver&amp;amp;apos;s remove function
has finished, which would result in a use-after-free.&#13;

Fix by calling del_timer_sync(), which makes sure the timer handler
