&lt;p&gt;md: Don&amp;#39;t ignore suspended array in md_check_recovery()&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;mddev_suspend() never stop sync_thread, hence it doesn&amp;#39;t make sense to
ignore suspended array in md_check_recovery(), which might cause
