&lt;p&gt;netdevsim: avoid potential loop in nsim_dev_trap_report_work()&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Many syzbot reports include the following trace [1]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If nsim_dev_trap_report_work() can not grab the mutex,
it should rearm itself at least one jiffie later.&lt;/p&gt;
