&lt;p&gt;nbd: always initialize struct msghdr completely&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;syzbot complains that msg-&amp;gt;msg_get_inq value can be uninitialized [1]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;struct msghdr got many new fields recently, we should always make
sure their values is zero by default.&lt;/p&gt;
