&lt;p&gt;Jose is a C-language implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption standards. The jose package is a dependency of the clevis and tang packages, together providing Network Bound Disk Encryption (NBDE) in AlmaLinux.&lt;/p&gt;
