&lt;p&gt;ocfs2: fix memory leak in ocfs2_stack_glue_init()&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ocfs2_table_header should be free in ocfs2_stack_glue_init() if
ocfs2_sysfs_init() failed, otherwise kmemleak will report memleak.&lt;/p&gt;
