&lt;p&gt;nfs4: Fix kmemleak when allocate slot failed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If one of the slot allocate failed, should cleanup all the other
allocated slots, otherwise, the allocated slots will leak:&lt;/p&gt;
