&lt;p&gt;ixgbe: Add locking to prevent panic when setting sriov_numvfs to zero&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is possible to disable VFs while the PF driver is processing requests
from the VF driver.  This can result in a panic.&lt;/p&gt;
