<p>clk: qcom: videocc-sm8350: use HW_CTRL_TRIGGER for vcodec GDSCs</p>
<p>A recent change in the venus driver results in a stuck clock on the
Lenovo ThinkPad X13s, for example, when streaming video in firefox:</p>
