<p>In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:</p>
<p>btrfs: fix crash on racing fsync and size-extending write into prealloc</p>
<p>We have been seeing crashes on duplicate keys in
btrfs_set_item_key_safe():</p>
