<p>A flaw was found in Keycloak's Client Policies, specifically within the `org.keycloak.protocol.oidc` component. When certain condition providers (client-type, client-roles, client-attributes, client-scopes) are used to enforce security restrictions, the `reject-ropc-grant` executor is silently bypassed.
