<p>signal: avoid shared siginfo namespace rewrites</p>
<p>send_signal_locked() rewrites sender ids for the target namespace.  Group
sends reuse the same siginfo, so one recipient can affect the next.</p>
<p>Copy the siginfo before changing it.</p></div>
