<p>media: rockchip: rkcif: fix off by one bugs</p>
<p>Change these comparisons from &gt; vs &gt;= to avoid accessing one element
beyond the end of the arrays.
While at it, use ARRAY_SIZE instead of the _MAX enum values.</p>
