<p>spi: cadence-quadspi: fix unclocked access on unbind</p>
<p>Make sure that the controller is runtime resumed before disabling it
during driver unbind to avoid an unclocked register access.</p>
<p>This issue was flagged by Sashiko when reviewing a controller
deregistration fix.</p></div>
