<p>Bluetooth: hci_sync: fix leaks when hci_cmd_sync_queue_once fails</p>
<p>When hci_cmd_sync_queue_once() returns with error, the destroy callback
will not be called.</p>
<p>Fix leaking references / memory on these failures.</p></div>
