<p>net/x25: Fix overflow when accumulating packets</p>
<p>Add a check to ensure that `x25_sock.fraglen` does not overflow.</p>
<p>The `fraglen` also needs to be resetted when purging `fragment_queue` in
`x25_clear_queues()`.</p></div>
