<p>HID: pidff: Fix condition effect bit clearing</p>
<p>As reported by MPDarkGuy on discord, NULL pointer dereferences were
happening because not all the conditional effects bits were cleared.</p>
<p>Properly clear all conditional effect bits from ffbit</p></div>
