    <title>cisco-sa-cimc-xss-7EhBFxBp — Cisco Integrated Management Controller Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability</title>

      <div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
        <p>A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Integrated Management Controller (IMC) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack against a user of the interface.

This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user of an affected interface to click a crafted link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of the targeted user or access sensitive, browser-based information.

Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.</p>
