bpf: Reject negative offsets for ALU ops

When verifying BPF programs, the check_alu_op() function validates
instructions with ALU operations. The 'offset' field in these
instructions is a signed 16-bit integer.

The existing check 'insn->off > 1' was intended to ensure the offset is
either 0, or 1 for BPF_MOD/BPF_DIV. However, because 'insn->off' is
signed, this check incorrectly accepts all negative values (e.g., -1).

This commit tightens the validation by changing the condition to
'(insn->off != 0 && insn->off != 1)'. This ensures that any value
other than the explicitly permitted 0 and 1 is rejected, hardening the
verifier against malformed BPF programs.

The Linux Kernel, the operating system core itself.

Security Fix(es):

A transient execution vulnerability in some AMD processors may allow an attacker to infer data in the L1D cache, potentially resulting in the leakage of sensitive information across privileged boundaries.(CVE-2024-36357)

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

fs/ntfs3: Prevent integer overflow in hdr_first_de()

The "de_off" and "used" variables come from the disk so they both need to
check. The problem is that on 32bit systems if they're both greater than
UINT_MAX - 16 then the check does work as intended because of an integer
overflow.(CVE-2025-22080)

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

ext4: fix off-by-one error in do_split
