<p>ixgbe: fix too early devlink_free() in ixgbe_remove()</p>
<p>Since ixgbe_adapter is embedded in devlink, calling devlink_free()
prematurely in the ixgbe_remove() path can lead to UAF. Move devlink_free()
to the end.</p>
