<p>LoongArch: KVM: Check validity of "num_cpu" from user space</p>
<p>The maximum supported cpu number is EIOINTC_ROUTE_MAX_VCPUS about
irqchip EIOINTC, here add validation about cpu number to avoid array
pointer overflow.</p></div>
