<p>jfs: add sanity check for agwidth in dbMount</p>
<p>The width in dmapctl of the AG is zero, it trigger a divide error when
calculating the control page level in dbAllocAG.</p>
<p>To avoid this issue, add a check for agwidth in dbAllocAG.</p></div>
