<p>netfilter: ipset: Fix race between namespace cleanup and gc in the list:set type</p>
<p>Lion Ackermann reported that there is a race condition between namespace cleanup
in ipset and the garbage collection of the list:set type. The namespace
cleanup can destroy the list:set type of sets while the gc of the set type is
waiting to run in rcu cleanup. The latter uses data from the destroyed set which
thus leads use after free. The patch contains the following parts:</p>
<p>- When destroying all sets, first remove the garbage collectors, then wait
  if needed and then destroy the sets.
- Fix the badly ordered "wait then remove gc" for the destroy a single set
  case.
- Fix the missing rcu locking in the list:set type in the userspace test
  case.
- Use proper RCU list handlings in the list:set type.</p>
<p>The patch depends on c1193d9bbbd3 (netfilter: ipset: Add list flush to cancel_gc).</p></div>

        <p>An out-of-bounds (OOB) memory write flaw was found in the NFSD in the Linux kernel. Missing sanity may lead to a write beyond bmval[bmlen-1] in nfsd4_decode_bitmap4 in fs/nfsd/nfs4xdr.c. In this flaw, a local attacker with user privilege may gain access to out-of-bounds memory, leading to a system integrity and confidentiality threat. fs/nfsd/trace.h in the Linux kernel before 5.13.4 might allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read in strlen) by sending NFS traffic when the trace event framework is being used for nfsd. SUNRPC: null pointer dereference in svc_rqst_free(). When alloc_pages_node() returns null in svc_rqst_alloc(), the null rq_scratch_page pointer will be dereferenced when calling put_page() in svc_rqst_free(). NFSD: READDIR buffer overflow. If a client sends a READDIR count argument that is too small (say, zero), then the buffer size calculation in the new init_dirlist helper functions results in an underflow, allowing the XDR stream functions to write beyond the actual buffer. This calculation has always been suspect. NFSD has never sanity- checked the READDIR count argument, but the old entry encoders managed the problem correctly. With the commits below, entry encoding changed, exposing the underflow to the pointer arithmetic in xdr_reserve_space(). efi: libstub: only free priv.runtime_map when allocated

priv.runtime_map is only allocated when efi_novamap is not set.
Otherwise, it is an uninitialized value.  In the error path, it is freed
unconditionally.  Avoid passing an uninitialized value to free_pool.
Free priv.runtime_map only when it was allocated.

This bug was discovered and resolved using Coverity Static Analysis
Security Testing (SAST) by Synopsys, Inc.(CVE-2024-33619)

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

fpga: region: add owner module and take its refcount

The current implementation of the fpga region assumes that the low-level
module registers a driver for the parent device and uses its owner pointer
to take the module&amp;apos;s refcount. This approach is problematic since it can
lead to a null pointer dereference while attempting to get the region
during programming if the parent device does not have a driver.

To address this problem, add a module owner pointer to the fpga_region
struct and use it to take the module&amp;apos;s refcount. Modify the functions for
registering a region to take an additional owner module parameter and
rename them to avoid conflicts. Use the old function names for helper
macros that automatically set the module that registers the region as the
