<p>netdevsim: avoid potential loop in nsim_dev_trap_report_work()</p>
<p>Many syzbot reports include the following trace [1]</p>
<p>If nsim_dev_trap_report_work() can not grab the mutex,
it should rearm itself at least one jiffie later.</p>
