<p>bus: mhi: ep: Only send -ENOTCONN status if client driver is available</p>
<p>For the STOP and RESET commands, only send the channel disconnect status
-ENOTCONN if client driver is available. Otherwise, it will result in
null pointer dereference.</p></div>
