*This bug only affects Firefox on Windows when run in non-standard configurations (such as using `runas`). Other operating systems are unaffected.* This vulnerability affects Firefox &lt; 118, Firefox ESR &lt; 115.3, and Thunderbird &lt; 115.3.</p>
