OESA-2024-2583 — tinyxml security update

Affected: openEuler:22.03-LTS-SP1: tinyxml, openEuler:24.03-LTS: tinyxml, openEuler:22.03-LTS-SP4: tinyxml, openEuler:22.03-LTS-SP3: tinyxml, openEuler:20.03-LTS-SP4: tinyxml

TinyXML parses an XML document, and builds from that a Document Object Model (DOM) that can be read, modified, and saved. XML is a very structured and convenient format. All those random file formats created to store application data can all be replaced with XML. One parser for everything.

Security Fix(es):

StringEqual in TiXmlDeclaration::Parse in tinyxmlparser.cpp in TinyXML through 2.6.2 has a reachable assertion (and application exit) via a crafted XML document with a '\0' located after whitespace.(CVE-2023-34194)
