<p>kcm: annotate data-races around kcm-&gt;rx_psock</p>
<p>kcm-&gt;rx_psock can be read locklessly in kcm_rfree().
Annotate the read and writes accordingly.</p>
<p>We do the same for kcm-&gt;rx_wait in the following patch.</p>
