<p>ocfs2: fix memory leak in ocfs2_stack_glue_init()</p>
<p>ocfs2_table_header should be free in ocfs2_stack_glue_init() if
ocfs2_sysfs_init() failed, otherwise kmemleak will report memleak.</p>
