<p>USB: gadget: Fix obscure lockdep violation for udc_mutex</p>
<p>A recent commit expanding the scope of the udc_lock mutex in the
gadget core managed to cause an obscure and slightly bizarre lockdep
violation.  In abbreviated form:</p>
