<p>ipv6: addrlabel: fix infoleak when sending struct ifaddrlblmsg to network</p>
<p>When copying a `struct ifaddrlblmsg` to the network, __ifal_reserved
remained uninitialized, resulting in a 1-byte infoleak:</p>
