<p>scsi: qla2xxx: Fix crash during module load unload test</p>
<p>During purex packet handling the driver was incorrectly freeing a
pre-allocated structure. Fix this by skipping that entry.</p>
<p>System crashed with the following stack during a module unload test.</p>
