<p>smb3: fix temporary data corruption in insert range</p>
<p>insert range doesn't discard the affected cached region
so can risk temporarily corrupting file data.</p>
<p>Also includes some minor cleanup (avoiding rereading
inode size repeatedly unnecessarily) to make it clearer.</p></div>
