<p>RDMA/rxe: Return CQE error if invalid lkey was supplied</p>
<p>RXE is missing update of WQE status in LOCAL_WRITE failures.  This caused
the following kernel panic if someone sent an atomic operation with an
explicitly wrong lkey.</p>
