Title
Livebook Teams identity check fails open when the deployment group is unresolvable, allowing unauthenticated access
Summary
Not Failing Securely ('Failing Open') vulnerability in livebook-dev livebook allows an unauthenticated network client to obtain full access to a Livebook server that enforces identity through Livebook Teams. A Livebook Agent or App Server connected to Livebook Teams caches the identifier of the deployment group it belongs to, and resolves that identifier against a locally cached list of deployment groups on every request in order to decide whether Teams identity enforcement is active. Livebook.Hubs.TeamClient.handle_call/3 in lib/livebook/hubs/team_client.ex does not distinguish a deployment group that could not be resolved from one that was resolved with identity enforcement switched off: the clause matches only the case where a group was found with enforcement enabled, and falls through to a catch-all that reports enforcement as switched off for everything else. The two neighbouring functions that decide user and application access resolve the same identifier and treat the same unresolved result as a denial. When the identity status is reported as switched off, Livebook.ZTA.LivebookTeams.authenticate/3 in lib/livebook/zta/livebook_teams.ex returns empty identity metadata and allows the request to continue instead of halting it. LivebookWeb.UserPlug.build_current_user/3 merges that empty metadata into a newly built user, whose access type defaults to full access, and LivebookWeb.AuthPlug.authorized?/1 grants access to any user holding full access. The cached identifier becomes unresolvable when the deployment group it refers to is deleted while the agent is not connected to receive the change, most concretely when a deployment group is deleted during the window in which an agent is disconnected or reconnecting. The client removes the group from its cached list without clearing the identifier that refers to it. Any client able to reach the affected server over the network is then granted the same access as a fully privileged member of the organisation, including the ability to read notebooks and configured secrets, execute code on the server's runtime, and disrupt its operation. This issue affects livebook: from 0.19.7 before 0.19.9.

"value": "Not Failing Securely (\u0027Failing Open\u0027) vulnerability in livebook-dev livebook allows an unauthenticated network client to obtain full access to a Livebook server that enforces identity through Livebook Teams.\n\nA Livebook Agent or App Server connected to Livebook Teams caches the identifier of the deployment group it belongs to, and resolves that identifier against a locally cached list of deployment groups on every request in order to decide whether Teams identity enforcement is active. The two neighbouring functions that decide user and application access resolve the same identifier and treat the same unresolved result as a denial.\n\nWhen the identity status is reported as switched off, Livebook.ZTA.LivebookTeams.authenticate/3 in lib/livebook/zta/livebook_teams.ex returns empty identity metadata and allows the request to continue instead of halting it. LivebookWeb.UserPlug.build_current_user/3 merges that empty metadata into a newly built user, whose access type defaults to full access, and LivebookWeb.AuthPlug.authorized?/1 grants access to any user holding full access.\n\nThe cached identifier becomes unresolvable when the deployment group it refers to is deleted while the agent is not connected to receive the change, most concretely when a deployment group is deleted during the window in which an agent is disconnected or reconnecting. The client removes the group from its cached list without clearing the identifier that refers to it. Any client able to reach the affected server over the network is then granted the same access as a fully privileged member of the organisation, including the ability to read notebooks and configured secrets, execute code on the server\u0027s runtime, and disrupt its operation.\n\nThis issue affects livebook: from 0.19.7 before 0.19.9."

Title
Grav Flex-Objects < 1.4.3 Authorization Bypass via API
Summary
Grav Flex-Objects before version 1.4.3 contains a broken access control vulnerability in the admin-next REST API that allows authenticated users with only api.access permission to perform unauthorized CRUD operations on permission-less directories. Attackers with api.access credentials can create, read, update, delete, and export objects from any directory lacking an explicit permissions configuration, bypassing intended authorization controls.

Title
@bytebase/dbhub's read-only mode does not prevent database writes
Summary
DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Prior to version 0.22.6, setting `readonly = true` on the `execute_sql` tool does not make the connection read-only. The connectors are written to set PostgreSQL `default_transaction_read_only=on` (and open SQLite in `readOnly` mode), but that code is gated on a config value that is never populated, so it never runs. The only thing left enforcing read-only is a classifier that inspects the first keyword of each statement. Any `SELECT` that writes or has side effects through a function call passes it. With an ordinary role this allows sequence tampering; with a privileged role it allows writing arbitrary files on the server (`lo_export`), reading arbitrary host files (`pg_read_file`), and remote code execution (`dblink` + `COPY ... TO PROGRAM`). The HTTP transport is unauthenticated and binds to `0.0.0.0` by default, so this is reachable by any network caller of `/mcp`. Version 0.22.6 patches the issue.

Version 0.22.6 patches the issue."

Title
djust: Multi-tenant isolation fails open on the WebSocket/SSE path, disclosing other tenants' data
Summary
djust provides Phoenix LiveView-style reactive server-side rendering for Django with Rust-powered performance. Prior to version 1.0.7, `djust.tenants` isolation was enforced only on the HTTP path. The current tenant was stored in `threading.local()` and set exclusively by the HTTP-only `TenantMiddleware`, so on the live (WebSocket/SSE) path `get_current_tenant()` was always `None` during mount and every event handler — and the tenant-aware `QuerySet` manager failed OPEN (returned the unfiltered queryset, ignoring `STRICT_MODE`), disclosing every tenant's rows to whoever held the socket. `threading.local` was additionally shared across connections on the `sync_to_async` executor thread. This issue is fixed in djust 1.0.7. Tenant storage moved to a `contextvars.ContextVar` (per async task); the resolved tenant is bound around WS/SSE mount and every dispatch; both managers scope the base queryset once and fail CLOSED (`.none()` under the default `STRICT_MODE`); and system check S006 warns when `STRICT_MODE=False`. No known workarounds are available on the live path.

Title
Guzzle: Silent HTTPS-Proxy Downgrade to Cleartext
Summary
Guzzle is an extensible PHP HTTP client. Prior to 7.12.1, in certain configurations, traffic expected to be protected by TLS on the hop to the proxy is transmitted in cleartext. Proxy authentication credentials (the Proxy-Authorization header, proxy userinfo in the proxy URL, or CURLOPT_PROXYUSERPWD) are sent without encryption, and the CONNECT target host and port for tunneled HTTPS requests are exposed. The built-in cURL handlers (GuzzleHttp\Handler\CurlHandler and GuzzleHttp\Handler\CurlMultiHandler, used by default whenever the PHP cURL extension is available) accept an https:// proxy. libcurl older than 7.50.2 silently treats an https:// proxy as a plaintext http:// proxy. The TLS connection to the proxy is never established, and the proxy leg is cleartext with no error or warning. An application is affected when it sends requests through one of the built-in cURL handlers, configures an https:// proxy expecting the proxy connection itself to be encrypted, and runs with libcurl older than 7.50.2. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.12.1.

Title
Traefik Kubernetes Ingress NGINX provider fails open when auth-secret resolution fails
Summary
Traefik is an HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. From 3.7.0-ea.1 until 3.7.5, there is a medium severity vulnerability in Traefik's Kubernetes Ingress NGINX provider that causes affected routes to fail open. When an Ingress explicitly enables BasicAuth or DigestAuth through the supported nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/auth-type and auth-secret annotations, but the referenced auth Secret cannot be resolved or parsed, Traefik logs the resolution error, skips installing the authentication middleware, and still emits a router to the backend service. A route that operators intended to protect is therefore published to the data plane without its authentication control, allowing unauthenticated access to the backend. The trigger is an invalid or unresolved auth dependency — a missing, malformed, unreadable, or policy-denied Secret — rather than an intentionally unprotected route. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.5.

Title
Silent channel-binding authentication downgrade via unsupported certificate algorithms
Summary
pgjdbc is an open source postgresql JDBC Driver. In releases 42.7.4 through 42.7.11, channelBinding=require connections can be silently downgraded from SCRAM-SHA-256-PLUS with channel binding to plain SCRAM-SHA-256 without it, losing the man-in-the-middle protection the setting is meant to guarantee. An attacker who can intercept the TLS connection can trigger the downgrade with a certificate whose signature algorithm has no tls-server-end-point channel-binding hash, because the bundled com.ongres.scram:scram-client returns an empty byte array instead of failing and pgJDBC ScramAuthenticator checks only that the server advertised a PLUS mechanism, without rejecting the empty binding or checking that the negotiated mechanism uses channel binding. This issue is fixed in version 42.7.12.

Title
Apache Camel Keycloak: KeycloakSecurityPolicy verifies the bearer access token only inside its role and permission checks, so in the default configuration the token is never verified and any non-null bearer value is accepted
Summary
Improper Authentication, Missing Authentication for Critical Function, Not Failing Securely ('Failing Open') vulnerability in Apache Camel Keycloak Component. The KeycloakSecurityPolicy of camel-keycloak guards a route by running KeycloakSecurityProcessor.beforeProcess(), which performs three checks in sequence: it rejects a request that carries no access token, then - only if requiredRoles is non-empty - validates the roles, and - only if requiredPermissions is non-empty - validates the permissions. The actual cryptographic verification of the bearer access token (signature, issuer and expiry for a local JWT, or active-state and issuer for token introspection) is performed exclusively inside those role and permission checks. KeycloakSecurityPolicy defaults requiredRoles and requiredPermissions to empty - which is the documented 'Basic Setup' - so on a route configured that way the role and permission checks are skipped and the access token is therefore never verified. The token-presence check still rejects a missing token, but an invalid token is accepted: any non-null value in the Authorization: Bearer header - including an arbitrary string or a forged, unsigned JWT - passes the policy and the request reaches the protected route, with no signature, issuer or expiry check and no request to Keycloak. The token is read from the inbound request header because allowTokenFromHeader defaults to true. Because the normal reason to place a route behind this policy is that the route performs server-side work, the bypass results in unauthenticated access to that work; where the protected route forwards to a code-execution-capable producer, it can result in unauthenticated remote code execution. This defect is independent of CVE-2026-23552: that issue concerned the issuer claim and was fixed by adding a check inside the verification routine, but here the verification routine is not reached at all in the default configuration, so the defect remains. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.15.0 before 4.18.3, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.21.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.3. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, configure a non-empty requiredRoles or requiredPermissions on every KeycloakSecurityPolicy so that the token-verification path is exercised, set allowTokenFromHeader to false where the token is not expected from the request header, or perform token verification at the framework layer ahead of the policy.

Title
OpenClaw < 2026.4.25 - Scope Bypass via Empty-Scope Device Re-pairing
Summary
OpenClaw before 2026.4.25 contains a scope containment bypass vulnerability in device re-pairing that allows authenticated operators to restore broader scopes than intended by submitting empty-scope re-pairing requests. Attackers can exploit this by sending re-pairing requests with empty scope sets to skip containment guards and retain unauthorized device access.
