Title
PostgreSQL ECPG integer underflow can crash the client
Summary
Integer underflow in PostgreSQL ECPG allows a database server administrator to achieve temporary denial of service against the ECPG client via sending a bytea value lacking the mandatory prefix. The client overwrites a huge memory region with bytes outside attacker knowledge or control. This typically yields a simple SIGSEGV, but rare cases might achieve client-specific integrity impact via the write. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.6, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24 are affected.

Title
Autel MaxiCharger AC Elite Home WebSockets Integer Underflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Summary
Autel MaxiCharger AC Elite Home WebSockets Integer Underflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Autel MaxiCharger AC Elite Home EV chargers. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the handling of WebSocket messages related to the OCPP service. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in an integer underflow before allocating a buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the device. Was ZDI-CAN-29113.

Title
Krb5: krb5: integer underflow in berval2tl_data() leads to heap out-of-bounds read
Summary
An integer underflow vulnerability was found in MIT krb5 in the berval2tl_data() function in plugins/kdb/ldap/libkdb_ldap/ldap_principal2.c. The function performs an unsigned subtraction (bv_len - 2) without a prior bounds check. When bv_len is 0 or 1, the subtraction wraps to a large value which is then truncated to uint16_t, yielding 0xFFFE (65534) or 0xFFFF (65535). The subsequent malloc succeeds and memcpy reads up to 65534 bytes from a 0-1 byte buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read. The attack vector involves a malicious or compromised LDAP KDB backend returning a krbExtraData attribute with bv_len < 2, triggering the underflow when the KDC or kadmind reads principal data.

Title
389-ds-base: 389-ds-base: smd5 password storage plugin salt length integer underflow crash
Summary
A flaw was found in 389 Directory Server. The SMD5 password storage plugin performs unsigned integer underflow when computing salt length from a crafted password hash shorter than 16 bytes, causing a buffer over-read that crashes the LDAP server during authentication.

Title
Crypt::Argon2 versions from 0.017 before 0.031 for Perl perform a heap out-of-bounds read in argon2_verify on empty encoded input
Summary
Crypt::Argon2 versions from 0.017 before 0.031 for Perl perform a heap out-of-bounds read in argon2_verify on empty encoded input. The auto-detect form of argon2_verify passes encoded_len - 1 as the length argument to memchr without checking that encoded_len is non-zero. When the encoded string is empty, the size_t subtraction underflows to SIZE_MAX and memchr scans adjacent heap memory looking for a '$' separator byte. A caller that invokes argon2_verify against a stored hash that may legitimately be empty (for example a placeholder row or a NULL column materialised as an empty string) reads out-of-bounds heap memory, which can crash the process or leak the position of an adjacent '$' byte into subsequent parsing.
